Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

We cannot encourage the petition of the present nature. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has appeared for NEET examination and is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The petitioner seeks directions against the committee to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously.

The learned Addl. G. P. appears for respondent. 5.

The petitioner has filed the proposal for validation only on 12.10.2021. It is lethargy on the part of the petitioner in not filing the proposal for validation though the petitioner was aware that she has to appear for NEET examination and validity certificate is required. 6.

For such matters, we cannot give positive directions to the committee to decide the validation proceeding within the stipulated period.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the committee if, it is possible for it may endeavour to decide the proceeding expeditiously. 8.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
