The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the respondent Acquiring Body alongwith interest accrued thereon. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent Acquiring Body opposed the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount of

{2} CA 11141 OF 2025 compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
