For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. Civil Application No.369/2023 is restored to the file at the stage at which it was rejected. Copies in Civil Application No.369/2023 shall be supplied within two weeks from today. Thereafter, office shall issue notice to the unserved Respondents returnable after five weeks.
