By this application, the applicant, who is convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, is seeking his release on temporary bail for the period of five days, for reporting to college for admission of LL.B. Three Years course, which is scheduled from 10.09.2025 to 13.09.2025. 4.

The documents placed on record indicate that the applicant is required to attend the concerned college in between 10.09.2025 and 13.09.2025 for getting admission for

It further appears that this Court, vide order dated 30.04.2025, had released the applicant on temporary bail for attending the examination of MAH-LL.B. Three Years CET 2025 on 01.05.2025 with direction to surrender Visapur Open Prison on 02.05.2025 at 5.30 p.m. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that as per the said order, the applicant had surrendered himself on the given date. 5.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed and the applicant is hereby released on temporary bail for a period of five days from today i.e. 09.09.2025 till 13.09.2025, to report the college for seeking admission in LL.B. Three Years course, on execution of his P.R. bond of Rs. 15,000/-. He shall surrender at Visapur Open Prison on 14.09.2025 at 11.00 a.m. 6.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
