DATE : 23/10/2018 PER COURT :- The issue raised in this petition is no more res integra and is covered by the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Prakash S/o Subhash Bhople V/s. Deputy Collector, (Setu), Latur and others, reported in (2015) 4 Mh.L.J. 890. If the petitioners tender online application/s to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer together with copy of tribe certificate/s and also hard copy of application and tribe certificate already issued to them whereby their tribe has been described as "Mahadev Koli" within 7 days from today, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer, on the basis of original tribe certificates produced by respective petitioners, without embarking upon further inquiry into the matter, shall proceed to issue corrected tribe certificate/s describing the tribe as "Koli Mahadev", which is in

consonance with the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950. The correct tribe certificates shall be issued to the respective petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of their applications.

2] With the directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
