Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that, the execution and operation of the impugned Award be stayed.

The appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation with interest within a period of six weeks. Hence the execution and operation of the impugned Award is stayed subject to condition, the appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest within a period of six weeks from today.
