This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1-A and Respondent No. 1-B. 2.

The respondent No.1-A died on 6th September 2020 and Respondent No.1-B died on 21st August 2024. The legal heirs of both the deceased-respondents are shown in paragraph No.3 of the application. There is also certificate showing that they are the legal heirs of respective respondents-deceased issued by Sarpanch of village Shivni

The learned Advocate informed that she has already received instructions on behalf of proposed respondents. She has also filed vakalatnama.

Considering above, application stands allowed. The delay of 1735 and 267 days respectively caused in filing the application stands condoned. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Place the petition for admission thereafter.
