Both these matters are practically identical though the pending Regular Civil Appeals and the original suits are diferent.

I have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides at length. I have perused the impugned orders dated 20/08/2019 passed by the Appellate Court in Regular Civil Appeal Nos. 14 and 16 of 2019.

Record reveals that the execution proceedings have still not been initiated. The Appellate Court has expedited both the Appeals.

It is informed that the mutation entries have been altered by the revenue authorities during the pendency of these petitions due to the persistence of the decree holders.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed of with the following directions :s (a) The petitioner Appellants shall fle their private appeal paper book, on or before 15/11/2019 before the Appellate Court with copies to the other sides.

(b) The litigating parties would conclude their oral fnal submissions in both the matters on or before 31/12/2019 and the Appellate Court would deliver its judgment in both the Appeals on or before 29/02/2020.

(c) The ad interim protection granted by this Court on 30/09/2019 shall continue till the Appeals are decided or till 29/02/2020, whichever is earlier. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/s
