2] The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was admitted to the Dental Course from reserved N.T.B. category in the academic year 2013-14. The petitioner is not accorded benefit of reimbursement of fees. 3] The petitioner is admitted to the First Year BDS course for the academic year 2013-14 from the reserved category. The petitioner's name appeared in the list of candidates to be considered for admission after having passed NEET examination. In view of that, the petitioner would be entitled for the benefit of the Government Resolution dated 4/3/2014.

( 2 ) 130-wp11138-19 4] In light of that, the respondents would not be in a position to demand tuition fees from the petitioner and it would be the responsibility of the State Government to reimburse the fees of the petitioner in terms of the policy decision as per the Government Resolution dated 3/4/2014, ofcourse, if the conditions of the said Government Resolution are fulfilled. 5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
