Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner from unaided to aided was pending with the Education for consideration. The learned counsel submits that the Education Officer has already decided the said proposal and rejected the same. The learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition to challenge the order of rejection of the proposal.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. All contention of the parties are kept open.
