The petitioner is admitted to the first year MBBS Course for the academic year 2013-2014 in the spot round through the candidates who have passed NEET Examination 2013.

According to the petitioner alongwith with the petitioner two other students had also been admitted in the respondent no.4-College. They are accorded the benefit of the reimbursement of the fees under orders of this Court dated 23.10.2018 in Writ Petition No.2955 of 2018 and 2942 of 2018. 3.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

The petitioner is admitted to the first year MBBS Course for the academic year 2013-2014 from the reserved category. The petitioner's name appeared in the list of candidates to be considered for admission after having passed NEET examination. In view of that, the petitioner would be entitled for the benefit of the Government Resolution dated 04.03.2014.

In light of that, the respondents would not be in a position to demand tuition fees from the petitioner and it would be the responsibility of the State Government to reimburse the fees of the petitioner in terms of the policy decision as per the Government Resolution dated 04.03.2014, of course, if the conditions of the said Government Resolution are fulfilled.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
