Present application has been filed for bringing legal heirs on record, however, there is delay of 493 days and, therefore, the applicants pray for condonation of delay. It is stated that the time was consumed in obtaining heirship certificate from Civil Court Junior Division, Aurangabad and, therefore, there is a good ground for condoning the delay. The delay stands condoned. Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of. The amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
