Learned A.G.P. appearing for the State, on instructions, informs that the application tendered by the petitioner, for correcting description of the tribe recorded in the certificate, would be dealt with and the corrected certificate would be issued within a period of two weeks from today. In view of the statement made, grievance raised in the petition stands redressed. Petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer on 12.10.2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring her presence would be necessary. Writ Petition is disposed of.
