PER COURT :- 1.

Having considered the prayer of the petitioners and an old representation, the learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners would tender a fresh representation/bills of the unpaid EGS amounts, alongwith interest components to the District Collector, EGS, Osmanabad, respondent No.3, within three weeks from today. He prays that respondent No.3 may decide the said representation/consider the bills, raised in the light of the record available, expeditiously. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioners are now raising the bills of the EGS works which were completed in the year 2015. The details as regards the labourers, who were deployed and the quantum of work performed in the light of their attendance record,

wp11049.22 -2needs to be verified. Respondent No.3 would, therefore, require at least four months time.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by recording the statement of the petitioners that they would tender their fresh bills alongwith the interest components to respondent No.3, on or before 30.11.2022. Thereafter, respondent No.3 would enter into an exercise of verification of all the bills in the light of the record and pursuant to such verification, arrive at an appropriate decision, preferably on or before 31.03.2023.
