This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant in the office of this Court. Learned Advocate for the applicant relies upon common order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 6181 of 2025 along with other Civil Applications dated 23.06.2025. 02.

Considering the above, following order :- 03.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Same be placed in the appeal. Balance 25% of the amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time, till disposal of the appeal. 04.
