It is submitted by Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel that the learned Single Judge of this Court has passed order on 29.08.2019 in Writ Petition No.10733/2019 directing the Appellate Authority to conduct hearing on 19.09.2019.

As in companion matters, the hearing is already scheduled on 19.09.2019, the same course be adopted in the present matter also. Of course, the decision shall be taken after hearing all parties concerned.

Needless to state that, the schedule given for hearing and deciding the matter in the companion matter in Writ Petition No.10733/2019 dated 29.08.2019 also be adhered to in the present case.
