Learned counsel appearing for the

Petitioners submits that appointment of the Petitioner No.2 was pursuant to issuance of advertisement and also in the clear vacancy.

Since there is innocuous prayer in as much as direction is sought to Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal for approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.2, on its own merits, we are inclined to issue following directions. 3.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar is directed to decide the proposal dated 18th March, 2016 for approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.2, if already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to Petitioner No.2.

With the above observations and directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
