Present application has been fled for condoning the delay of 486 days in fling Criminal Appeal. The present appellant is original accused in Sessions Case No.82 of 2016, who has been held guilty for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 498-AA of the Indian Penal Code on 13-A10-A2021 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur, Dist.Aurangabad. It appears that he was in jail from 06-A08-A2016 to 22-A05-A2020 and thereafter, since 13-A10-A2021 till today. He was required to be given legal aid and therefore, there is sufcient ground to condone the delay. Application, therefore, stands allowed and disposed of. 3.
