PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The hearing has concluded and only order is to be passed by the committee. The result of the petitioner of B.D.S. 2nd year examination is withheld.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Mr. Sant, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.3.

Considering the fact that, the hearing has already concluded before the Committee, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in

(2) 92-wp-11167-2019 respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner preferably within a period of one month. The respondent no.3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent nos.3 and 4 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
