Respondents no. 3 to 5 are directed to take decision in respect of caste certificate verification proposals pending with the Committees since 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of October, 2018.

Petitioners shall cause appearance before the concerned Scrutiny Committee on 28th September, 2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring their presence before the Committee shall be necessary.

Permissibility for the petitioners to appear for the examination shall be subject to the outcome of the pending
