This is an application by original claimants seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.80500/- deposited in this Court along with interest.

The application is objected by learned Counsel for the appellant on the ground that identification of vehicle itself is in dispute.

Be that as it may, as the Tribunal has already ordered payment of compensation, it will be appropriate to grant permission

As such, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) upon an undertaking to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
