The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the bread winner of the family met with an accidental death and due to financial constraints the applicant could not file the appeal within limitation.

In view of the submissions above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 256 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
