This Civil Application is filed by the legal representatives of deceased Baliram Shrawan Patil who is claimant no.6 in the Claim Petition No.116 of 2009.

Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that due to lack of knowledge about the proceedings pending before this Court, the legal representatives of the deceased Baliram Patil could not file the present application earlier. He further submits that one of the legal representatives of Baliram Patil, namely Dagubai Himmat Patil, has also died, and her interest is now represented by her four legal representatives, marked as Applicant Nos.
( 4 ) 6D1 to 6D4. Mr. Bhokarikar submits that the interest of the deceased Baliram Patil is now represented by the present Applicant Nos. 6A to 6C and 6D1 to 6D4. Hence, in the interest of justice, he prays that the application be allowed and necessary amendments be permitted to be carried out in the First Appeal and the applications filed therein. He also submits that it is necessary to amend the title clause of the cross appeal.

Mr. S. L. Sange h/f. Mr. J. N. Singh, Mr. S. R. Modade, Mr. M. M. Ambhore, learned counsel for respective respondents in all fairness have no objection to allow the application.

In view of this, Civil Application is allowed. 5.
Delay caused in filing the present Civil Application No.11092 of 2019 is hereby condoned.

Applicants/appellants in the cross appeal no.4 of 2017 to carry out necessary amendment in the title clause of their appeal as also applications, if any, therein within a period of four weeks from today. 7.
Appellants in first appeal no.1519 of 2024 to carry out necessary amendment in the title clause of the appeal and applications, if any, therein within a period of four weeks from today.

Mr. S. R. Bodade, learned counsel, submits that since Mr. M. M. Ambhore has entered appearance for New India Assurance Company, his

Office to take note and delete the name of Mr. Bodade, learned counsel from the record.

In view of this, Civil Application stands disposed of. 11.
