It is submitted that, as directed by this Court amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lacs only) is deposited.

The respondents shall pass award in respect of the house property taken in possession by the respondents and in which no award has been passed. As it is also submitted by the respondents that a proposal is forwarded through Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Project, Aurangabad in the year, 2008 for determination of amount of compensation and declaration of supplementary award. The steps shall be taken in this regard expeditiously and the proceedings for passing the award / supplementary award as the case may be shall be commenced within a period of three (3) months from today. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
