PER COURT :- This petition has been filed with following prayers:- "A) Writ petition may please be allowed.

B) The respondents may kindly be directed to follow the law and give proper notice before arresting the petitioner in any crime being registered against the petitioner and follow the dictum laid down in Lalita Kumari and Arnesh Kumari's judgments.

C) Any other suitable relief may please be granted in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

We are unable to comprehend such kind of relief. According to the petitioner, the police authorities had once taken him to the office of Superintendent of Police and were compelling him to withdraw the complaints lodged by him against various police

wp1357.23 -2officials. The petitioner therefore, apprehends that the police authorities may arrest him in false crime for one or the other reason. 3.

Needless to mention that everybody is bound by the law of land. Breach thereof entails penal consequences. If the police officials are involved therein, they may also be required to face the music.
