PER COURT :- The petitioners have tendered an application with District Collector, Jalna, seeking compensation on account of loss suffered by them due to installation of electricity distribution tower on the disputed property.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the District Collector, Jalna to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 13.7.2015, after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 4 months from today and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
