This is an application to set aside the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 29.08.2017, by which the registration of the appeal is refused for failure to remove the objection about payment of deficit court-fees.

Now, Mr. Chincholikar, learned counsel for applicant submits that, the applicant/appellant is ready to deposit deficit court-fees within a period of two weeks. If the deficit court-fees is deposited within a period of two weeks, then the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 29.08.2017 be set aside.
