In the present case prima facie there is material evidence on record to suggest involvement of Applicant in the crime for committing sexual assault on 6 year old girl. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and prima facie consideration of material on record, we are not inclined to suspend the sentence of the Applicant pending Appeal. Accordingly, Criminal Application stands rejected.
