Learned Advocate for the applicants states that during the pendency of this application, the proposed legal heir No. 1 (f) namely Mangal W/o. Jaidev Chate is unfortunately died. Learned Advocate for the applicant informs that the legal heirs of Late Mangal Jaidev Chate are already on record as the proposed legal heirs as that of original deceased Jaidev Chate.

The said application is filed within time. Hence, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' B' and the Civil Application is disposed of.
