Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.201 of 2024 registered with Mhasavad Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offence punishable under Section 123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 65(e) and 108 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949.

Perused the papers.

The applicant was apprehended with illegally manufactured liquor. He was sent to the P.C.R. and nothing was recovered from him. In such a case, the investigation is completed as soon as the applicant is apprehended with the muddemal. He is languishing in

ORDER

i) Bail Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Mangalsing Aamalsing Valvi, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that;

(a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He should attend the trial on each and every effective date.
