For the reasons mentioned in the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' thereof. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 2 (two) weeks.

It is made clear that, the Petitioner shall not be entitled for the interest for the delayed period. The Petitioner shall also file an affidavit to the effect that, in case the petition is allowed, he will not claim interest for the delayed period.
