This petition was filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction against Respondent No.2 to grant affiliation to the colleges run by the Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions makes a statement that yesterday on 25.09.2025 the proposal for continuing affiliation has been rejected.

In that light he seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the said rejection order. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. All questions are kept open.
