PER COURT :- This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent acquiring body in this Court. Considering the facts of the case, the applicants can be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court on condition of tendering an undertaking to the Court that in the event of success of appeal, they would redeposit the amount within a period of 12 weeks from such decision and balance 50% of the amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety or bank guaranty of the like amount.

With the directions as above, Civil Application is disposed of.
