By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents 2 and 3 by the Sessions Court in Crime No. 102 of 2021 registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, District - Aurangabad for offence punishable under sections 394, 504, 427, read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Perused the investigation papers.

It is transpired during the investigation that there was

{2} acb197-22 earlier dispute between the informant and the accused persons and no amount, as alleged by the informant, was stolen from her shop. On completion of investigation, the police have concluded that offence punishable under sections 323, 427, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code is committed by the respondents - accused, therefore, NC Final report is filed on 1st July, 2021. 4.

In view of filing of NC Final report, nothing survives in the present application. The application is, therefore, disposed of. [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI] JUDGE drp/acb197-22
