The petitioner assails the order of the Hon'ble Minister.

In fact, the locus of petitioners would be in question. The petitioners are not concerned with the respondent-Institution in whatsoever manner. As such, may not have any locus standi to challenge the order of the Hon'ble Minister.

The Hon'ble Minister while setting aside the order of the Commissioner cancelling the registration of the respondent-Institution had directed that the inspection to be made by District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded and submit report and the Commissioner was to take

(2) 944-wp-10862-2018 action pursuant to the report. It is for the Commissioner to proceed further in accordance with the order of the Hon'ble Minister. The same shall be done by the Commissioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
