It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant in filing cross objection. Heard Mr. V. V. Ingale, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. A. B. Chate, learned AGP for the State.

There seems to be delay of 258 days in filing the cross objection. The appeal preferred by the State is already admitted. No prejudice would be

ORDER

(I) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause "8(B)".

(II) The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the cross objection and thereafter it be registered after due scrutiny and placed alongwith First Appeal No.4718 of 2017.

(III) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
