PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of, by directing the respondents Nos.2 and 3, to take decision on the applications, tendered by the petitioners on 10.9.2014, claiming rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today. On determination of rental compensation, if the petitioners are held entitled to receive additional amount, the respondent No.4 shall disburse the amount, so determined by respondent Nos.2 and 3, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from such determination.
