This is a revision under Chapter XII of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 seeking to quash and set aside the order dated 11 November 2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing to register the first appeal for non removal of office objections.

I have heard the learned advocates of both the sides. 3.

Subject to the condition that the office objections shall be removed within four weeks from today, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside.

The Revision is allowed accordingly.
