This is an application seeking permission to furnish fresh solvency certificate in place of earlier solvency certificate. 2.

The learned counsel for applicants submitted that, the applicants intend to sell some portion of the land situated in Block Nos. 46 and 47 and therefore he seeks permission to release the solvency certificate no.42413053230. It is further submitted that the applicants may be permitted to submit a fresh solvency certificate no.42413288672 in respect of land situated in Block No.95.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause ''B''.
