The learned advocate Mr. Suryawanshi has placed on record the copy of order dated 12-09-2024 passed in review application No. 196/2024 in Writ Petition No.14387/2019. He submits that revision is maintainable under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. In view of that impugned order dated 05-06-2024 passed by respondent No.1 in revision No. 63/2022 is hereby quashed and set aside.
