The bailiff report suggests that the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 have closed the office since one and half year. In view of that, the request is made to serve respondent Nos. 3 to 5 by substituted service.

In view of the above, the applicants are allowed to serve the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 by paper proclamation in a largely circulated daily newspaper within the local limits of Ahmednagar. In addition to the paper proclamation, the applicants shall serve the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 through RPAD also.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
