This is an application for adding a person in the array of the respondents as respondent No. 3 who according to the appellants has purchased a suit property under the sale-deed dated 04.06.2007 that is during pendency of the second appeal.

The person to be added has been duly served with a notice but has not appeared.

I have heard learned advocates for both the sides. 4.

Prima facie the person to be added seems to have purchased the suit property under the registered sale-deed during pendency of the second appeal. He is, therefore, allowed to be arrayed as respondent No. 3 in the second appeal. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 5.

After such amendment is carried out, issue notice in the second appeal to the person to be added, returnable on 07.06.2022. (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 1/1
