PER COURT:- 1.

It is submitted that the pension proposal is forwarded by the Headmaster viz. respondent no.5 for the petitioner's services rendered.

According to Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner except the covering letter no other documents are forwarded.

The respondent no.5 shall supply the documents necessary for processing the pension proposal, if not already supplied within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of the said documents, the District Social Welfare Officer

(2) 38-wp-11220-2018 shall process the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

As far as arrears of salary is concerned, the petitioner may make grievance before the District Social Welfare Officer, which shall be considered by him on its own merits after considering the record and say of Institution. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
