The petitioner does not have any legal right to claim entitlement in respect of the property belonging to the Municipal Corporation on lease basis. There is no legal right in favour of the petitioner.

Apart from aforesaid aspect, demand made by the petitioner is also not reasonable and proper. Petition is devoid of substance.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
