This application was not on board. Learned Advocate for the applicant moved a circulation motion praying for issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the petition on the fresh address that is supplied through the civil application. Hence this matter is taken on the production board.

For the reasons set out in the civil application, the same is allowed. The applicant shall add the new address of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the petition within 1 week from today. After addition of the new addresses, issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the writ petition, returnable on 11/10/2017.
