Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel representing respondent No. 2 - Education Officer and the learned A.G.P.

Both the sides have produced a copy of the order dated 27th January, 2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7960 of 2016 and other companion petitions. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose. The learned counsel for both sides submit that the purpose would be served if the

similar order is passed in the present proceedings also. Accordingly, in all the present three writ petitions, we pass the following order :- By consent of the petitioners and all respondents, the writ petitions are disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to decide seniority list of the petitioners in all these petitions and before doing that, the Management of the school shall submit all relevant records demanded by the Education Officer. The Education Officer (Primary) shall then decide the question of seniority in accordance with law, expeditiously.

With the above directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
