We have heard Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that advertisement was published for inviting the applications for the posts of Vidhut Sayyak and Upkendra Sayyak. The advertisement clearly states that best of five marks would not be considered and aggregate marks alone would be considered. The select list is being published on the basis of best of five marks.

We have dealt with same issue and we have recorded the statement of learned Advocate for the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited that selection would be made on the basis of aggregate marks though in the application form best of five marks are mentioned. The said statement is already on record in one of the matters, no further orders are necessary.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
