1] This is an application for issuing notice on the fresh addresses of respondents No.2 to 5 provided in this application. The applicant had preferred ACB No.168 of 2020 for cancellation of anticipatory bail, which is pending before this Court. Due to charge in the addresses of the respondents, the applicant seeks direction to issue fresh notice to respondents No.2 to 5 in ACB No.168 of 2020.

2] In view of above submission, notice be issued to respondents No.2 to 5 on the addresses mentioned herein in the title clause of this application in ACB No.168 of 2020, returnable on 23.12.2021. Fresh addresses of respondents be mentioned in ACB No.168 of 2020 3] This Application is disposed of.
