This is an application for amendment. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the non applicants. The learned counsel for the non applicants opposes the application for amendment.

The writ petition is pending admission. Even otherwise the non applicants have every right to controvert the averments sought to be incorporated by way of amendment. The petitioner is challenging the clause 'A' and 'C' of Rule 11 of the Maharashtra SC, ST, DT (VJ), NT, OBC & SBC (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000. Considering the averments civil application for amendment is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen days from today. Civil Application is disposed of. [A. M.
