Grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition is substantially redressed in view of the Government Resolution issued on 17.10.2016. Grievance of petitioner is that the changed policy under the aforesaid resolution is made applicable to all the districts except Nanded. If that be so, respondents shall apply policy uniformly to all the districts. If compliance is not made only in respect of Nanded district, it shall be ensured that the police decision is observed expeditiously. 2.
